Nice post and épi! Thanks for posting the link to the photo tutorial for shaping an épi – I bookmarked it so next time my épi which turned out a little weird (to me it looked like a christmas tree, my kids thought it was a snake) will be better.

I had fun with this one, too! Love the golden color on yours – I baked mine too long while trying to achieve more color. Bad idea, as the crust was very hard, and not in a good way!
